Preodix is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that helps users practice interview skills through realistic interview scenarios. The Service includes AI-generated interview questions, voice or text-based interview modes, AI-powered performance evaluation and feedback, a resume builder tool, and interview history tracking.
3. Account and Authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Preodix will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
4. AI-Generated Content
Preodix uses AI technology to generate interview questions and provide feedback. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may not be perfect or may vary in quality. The AI evaluation provides guidance based on your responses but should not be considered as professional career advice, official hiring guidance, or a guarantee of interview success in real-world scenarios. You should use the feedback as one tool among many in your interview preparation.
5. Interview Practice and Feedback
Preodix provides a practice environment for interview preparation. The questions generated and feedback provided are for educational purposes only. Results and scores are not predictive of actual interview outcomes. We do not guarantee that using Preodix will improve your interview performance or result in job offers. Interview success depends on many factors beyond the scope of this Service.
6. Resume Builder
The resume builder tool helps you create and format a professional resume. You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of your resume. Preodix does not provide legal or professional recruitment advice. You must ensure your resume complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the resume builder to create false, misleading, or fraudulent documents.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Preodix only for legitimate interview preparation purposes. You are responsible for all content you upload, input, or generate through the Service. You must not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that infringes on the rights of others. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Preodix to: upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code; engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the AI models; use automated scripts or bots to access the Service; or engage in any other activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
Preodix and all of its content, including software, design, graphics, text, and trademarks, are owned by Preodix or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Preodix for personal interview preparation purposes only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, sell, or transmit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
Preodix uses third-party services including Google authentication, Supabase for data storage, and Google Gemini for AI processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Preodix is not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of third-party services. Any issues related to third-party services should be addressed with the respective third-party provider.
11. Data and Privacy
Your use of Preodix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.
12. Service Availability
Preodix is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements to the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, interruptions, or unavailability of the Service.
13. Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREODIX IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS. PREODIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEWS OR JOB OFFERS.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PREODIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF PREODIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PREODIX IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING, THEN OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100.
15. Account Termination
Preodix may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
16. Changes to These Terms
Preodix may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
